Sophie Courchesne

As owner and primary partner, Sophie started her career in the investment industry.  Working for Ernst and Young as a financial/ investment analyst, she was responsible for the development of investment policies for individuals and corporations as well as the maintenance of diverse reporting and metric analysis. She gained in-depth knowledge of tax laws and the financial ramifications related to investments.  Later in her career she transitioned into the manufacturing segment that gave her an opportunity to develop a diverse skill set at evaluating and understanding the strengths/weaknesses of an organization and implementing plans in order to develop new operational and analytical methods/controls.  She also gained the knowledge of developing business analysis tools, process improvements and innovative analytical models targeting efficiency and accuracy improvements.  

Sophie has held various upper management positions (Finance Manager, FP&A Manager, Director of Finance/CFO) with fortune 500 companies in helping multi-unit operations development, business strategies, and analysis initiatives to streamline organizational structure and process.  Passionate in her work, Sophie is a solutions-focused expert. She thrives in building and revitalizing procedures, infrastructure, business models, technologies, and long-term development strategies to optimize goals through strategic analysis and organizational realization/restructure.  Her expertise includes developing and managing ground level operational and technical procedures, policies, training programs, databases and quality control initiatives. Her work philosophy is founded on the principals of tenacity, diligence and determination.  

Sophie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Public Relations.  She currently lives with her husband and three children in Destin, Florida.
